Ok...bunch of things going on here.

1) For some reason the file was set to "no lossy derivatives" in the metadata editor. Fixed that.
2) The md5 had entries for the ffp and txt files, which it shouldn't have (the system chokes on it). Fixed that.
3) Files were labeled out of order - they sort as d1tr1, d1tr10, d1tr2. Fixed that. Now they sort properly - tr01, tr02 through tr10. Keep that in mind when labeling your tracks.
4) The system actually barfed on some other sort of error not related to anything you did, before it even got to the other stuff above. Just ignored that and reran the derive.

So...give it an hour and it should clear up!
